Ibis Phuket Kata

Very friendly and clean hotel. Loved the pool and the pool bar. Location was decent with a10-15 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was good. As is the norm in Thailand the staff is absolutely incredible throughout the hotel. This hotel is super close to the night market which is a great place to eat.

as expected as the ibis-hotel chain is. room is big enough, super clean, smells good, and amenities are great. The staff are great, helpful, and smile a lot so I felt very welcomed. The location is right in the middle of Kata Road which is accessible everywhere (like the beach 3km -there is a free shuttle service also to the beach-, the market 1km, the restaurant/food stall 1km, the famous massage/spa in front of the hotel, and bus stop 1km). For breakfast, no same menu daily (some are changing daily), if they serve pad Thai please try it because it is so good, and try Chrysanthemum tea as well because it is super good. For all services of the ibis-hotel chain and compared to other hotels nearby, the price is good enough. the best part is the hotel is quiet enough so can get a very calm and enjoyable sleep during the night.

Great location, friendly and always available staff, cleanliness in the room and everywhere in the hotel, availability of necessary things in the room, even a bottle opener! A beautiful inner area with a swimming pool, showers and changing cabins, a barbecue by the pool, pleasant music in the lobby area by evening, billiards and ping pong. Possibility to rent an umbrella. Good breakfast and menu of the bar and restaurant. I spent an absolutely happy and comfortable week at the hotel. Small imperfections can be accommodated by wearing earplugs at night. In all other respects, the hotel fully met my expectations. The staff was always helpful and wishes were quickly fulfilled. Beautiful view from the balcony, cozy lobby to relax in evening listening the rain. Close proximity to the beach, close to many cafes, shops, pharmacies, massage parlors.

Excellent Property and great value for money. We are family of 4 (2 kids and parent). Their family rooms have a bunk bed which is an absolute delight. The room rates incl. breakfast are a bargain. Very pleasant staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with new dishes everyday. The location is fantastic. They offer free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall. We LOVED our week long stay away from all the noise of party life.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location. 11-15 mins walk to Kata & Karon Beach. Everything is on your doorstep. Great pool area.
